About Lou

Lou began with a personal search.

Growing up in Saudi Arabia in a family with three generations of connection to jewelry, jewelry was always part of my world. I learned early on that pieces could carry meaning, history, and a sense of the person wearing them.

The idea for Lou began to take shape while I was living in Los Angeles, where I found myself drawn to jewelry that felt expressive and intentional. Pieces with color, character, and individuality, but also a sense of meaning behind how they were made. I was constantly layering different stones, mixing shapes, and experimenting with how jewelry could change depending on how it was worn.

At the same time, the shift toward lab-grown diamonds introduced a new perspective on fine jewelry. I was drawn to the ability to create with diamonds and gemstones in a way that felt more aligned with the values I wanted Lou to represent, with greater consideration for ethical and sustainable practices.

I have always believed that jewelry holds energy. The pieces we choose to wear become part of us, reflecting our aura, our individuality, and the energy we carry.

What I could not always find were pieces that felt modern and distinctive while also being thoughtfully and ethically made.

Lou became a way to create those pieces.

Today, Lou is based in Saudi Arabia, bringing together three generations of connection to jewelry with a new perspective on what fine jewelry can be.

Each Lou piece is handmade in 18k gold and set with sustainably and ethically created laboratory-grown diamonds and gemstones. Color, texture, and form are central to the design, allowing pieces to layer easily while still feeling unique on their own.

The first collection, The Frequency Edit, explores this relationship between jewelry and energy, and how the pieces we wear become part of our everyday lives and personal expression.
