Each Lou piece is made to order and handcrafted with care.
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for production before your piece is shipped. Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
All Lou pieces are packaged in our signature jewelry box to ensure they arrive safely.
Because each piece is made to order, we are currently unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing issue.
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the item. Our team will review the request and work with you to resolve the issue.
